Hurricane Man is the debut single off the forthcoming Davis Coen EP album release of the same title, which honors his late father who passed in 2020 and left behind a stockpile of half-finished original music. This raw, moody track is one of two on the EP featuring electric lead guitar by Eric Deaton, who currently tours with The Black Keys.

Davis Coen band—a trio with Kinney Kimbrough (drums) and Kane Harrell (bass) won the band division held October 14&15 at Rockhouse Live! in Memphis.
